Dr. Dwyer graduated from Saint Michael’s College with a B.S. in biology and psychology and from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine with her D.M.D. She completed her pediatric dental residency at the University of Connecticut and the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. Dr. Dwyer is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, and the Massachusetts Dental Society. Dr. Dwyer was raised in Weymouth and is excited to be joining the practice that she grew up going to as a patient throughout her childhood.
Dr. Dwyer was raised in Weymouth. She played hocky for her local high school team and again at St. Michaels’ College. After college, Dr. Dwyer was drafted into the Women’s Professional Ice Hockey League but chose to pursue her passion for dentistry. Throughout dental school, she worked at a local non-profit agency as a child advocate and during the pandemic she worked as an EMT at a teen homeless shelter. In her spare time, Dr. Dwyer still enjoys being on the ice as well as doing spin classes. She enjoys time with her family and traveling. Her favorite place to visit, any time of the year, is Vermont. She especially loves spending time outside with her fiancé.
